Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise the Delivery Team and Return Team to provide Goods Return service to customer
- Supervise the team to achieve objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability, KPIs and service standard
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of Warehouse environment
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, and hence recommend promotion and job enhancement
- Drive and maintain lean culture and ensure environmental, health and safety within the Warehouse and working environment
- Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

- Degree or Higher Diploma holder
At least 5 years relevant working experiences with at least 3 years at Management level in a sizable team, preferably in Logistics and Warehouse industries
- Candidate with operation management experience in express, retail, FMCG or related industries will also be considered
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communications, service oriented with positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with SAP system
- Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Supervisor
